What is Myofunctional Therapy?
Myofunctional therapy focuses on how the muscles of the mouth, face, and tongue work together to support proper breathing, sleep, and overall function.
When these muscles aren’t working in harmony, it can show up as mouth breathing, poor sleep, jaw tension, speech concerns, or changes in how the teeth and face develop.
Why it Matters?
The Goal
The goal of myofunctional therapy is simple: to retrain the muscles to work the way they were designed to—supporting better breathing, better sleep, and long-term health for both children and adults.
